朱英波，男，博士後，副教授， 1974年2月出生，黑龍江省拜泉縣人。2007年博士研究生畢業于天津大學，2012年中國科學院微生物研究所博士後出站。
從事植物保護與微生物教學工作，承擔的主要課程有植物保護技術、植物病害生物防治和園藝植物病蟲害防治學等課程，一直緻力于微生物資源挖掘與利用方面研究。
主持（或主研）國家自然科學基金項目和河北省教育廳項目等多項科研課題，發表學術論文近20篇，其中SCI論文6篇。
研究方向：資源微生物與植物病害生物防治。
